Sun Shore Construction embarked on an ambitious project to transform a large bathroom into a luxurious sanctuary. The renovation involved a complete demolition, paving the way for a new walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, and a custom walk-in closet.

The project began with the removal of the existing fixtures, including the walk-in shower, bathtub, wall tiles, floor tiles, closet, shelves, sink, vanity, toilets, exhaust fan, and light fixtures. This allowed us to start with a blank canvas and design a bathroom that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

A highlight of the project was the creation of a large walk-in closet. We opened the wall between the bedroom closet and bathroom closet, framed it, and finished it with plastering, painting, and the installation of hardwood floors and vinyl plank floor. New shelves were installed, providing ample storage space.

The bathroom was fitted with a larger walk-in shower at the corner, complete with new plumbing, wall tiles, and floor tiles. A new bathtub was installed next to the shower, surrounded by tiled walls. The floor was laid with new tiles, and a large vanity with a double sink was installed.

The renovation also included the installation of new GFCI plugs, switches, a mirror, a light fixture, bathroom hardware, and shelves. A new toilet was installed, and recessed lights and a new exhaust fan were added. The project was completed with a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling, walls, doors, and window trims.

The result was a stunning bathroom that combined luxury with functionality. The custom walk-in closet added a unique feature, providing the homeowners with a convenient and stylish storage solution.
